Most firms promise ROI. We measure it from your own data first, then scope the build to what it recovers. Northtek engineers its own AI infrastructure in Anchorage - published, benchmarked, and able to run entirely inside your systems - and runs the marketing that grows what we automate. From six-person shops to Native corporations, at the same standard.

"In 2023, my brand was stagnant. Bringing Aidan on for content and camera work quickly elevated my quality and helped me gain over 100,000 followers."
"That content drove real leads, which led me to hire Kristian and Northtek to build a professional website - turning those leads into a fully booked speaking schedule. That's what allowed me to quit my construction job and go all in on speaking."
"There is no bigger contributor to Hardaway Learning becoming the biggest personal brand in the state of Alaska than Aidan, Kristian and Northtek. I simply could not have done it without them."
"They are the real deal. Whatever the biggest testimonial you can give someone is - this is it. I can't say enough about the work they do."

How We Work
Four stages. Defined sprints. You always know where the project stands and what's next.
We learn the business, the bottleneck, and the goal. You learn whether we're actually a fit before anything else.
We diagnose the gaps in your current systems and propose the exact build - scope, timeline, deliverables, success metrics.
Defined sprints. Weekly check-ins. We ship in stages so you see momentum from day one, not just at the end.
Ongoing measurement, iteration, and expansion of what's working. Systems get better the longer you run them.
FAQ
We build the systems local businesses never have time for: websites that show up on Google, follow-up that reaches every lead, weekly content, and custom AI agents that do the grunt work behind all of it. We engineer the AI ourselves in Anchorage - our own website is run by our agent fleet, in public.
Most of it is, and you're right to be skeptical. Ours works differently: a human approves everything client-facing before it ships, publishing is deliberately capped, and every piece is grounded in real search data with a real Alaska angle. We measure whether each change worked and keep the receipts - the methods are public.
That's who it's for. The systems answer inquiries at 2am, follow up with every lead, and keep your site working while you run the business - the leverage that lets a small Anchorage shop compete with Outside franchises without Outside prices. Start with one system, see it work, then expand.
It depends on the system. Paid acquisition and CRM follow-up automation typically show measurable results in the first 30 days. SEO and content systems compound over 60-90 days, with most clients hitting clear ROI inside 60 days. We set the expected timeline during the discovery call so you know exactly what to watch for and when.
Week 1 is discovery and audit - we go through your existing site, CRM, content, ad accounts, and analytics. Week 2 you get a written roadmap with the system we're building, the metrics we'll move, and the sequence. Weeks 3-4 are the first build sprint. By day 30 you have at least one new system in production, not a deck.
Yes. We're based in Anchorage and we know the local market deeply, but the systems we build aren't Alaska-specific - they work for service businesses, e-commerce brands, and educational organizations anywhere. Roughly half our roadmap clients are outside Alaska. Everything runs on async + scheduled video sessions.
Starter focuses on one core system end-to-end. Growth integrates two systems together so they reinforce each other (the most common starting point for established businesses). Partner makes Northtek your full systems department - we run the strategy, build the tools, and operate them month over month. The right tier depends on what's already in place and how fast you want to compound.
By the metrics that move revenue: qualified leads generated, close rate, customer lifetime value, hours of admin work eliminated, and cost per acquisition. Vanity metrics like impressions or page-load times are secondary. Every retainer ships with a dashboard tying our work back to dollars and time saved - not just activity.
Most of our clients do. We don't rip and replace what's working - we audit it, find the leaks, and either layer new systems on top or rebuild the pieces that are dragging on results. The discovery call covers exactly what you have, what to keep, and what would actually move the number you care about.
Yes. Every client gets a personal referral link. Share it and we track and credit the people who come through it, even if they land on a different page first or search for us by name a few days later. Ask your account contact for your link if you don't have it yet.
