A brand-new podcast with zero online presence — no followers, no content library, not a single platform set up. Co-founded and grown in-house by Northtek co-founder Aidan, who built the entire online presence from the ground up: every account, every profile, and a full organic content engine producing hundreds of videos. Four months later: 15,000+ new followers across all platforms, 5M+ total views, and individual videos breaking 400,000 views. The audience we built became the proof of concept that launched Northtek.

A snow-removal operation with no real online presence. Kristian rebuilt the brand from the logo up and engineered the new site for local search, so it surfaces the moment Anchorage looks for plowing. The result: four new people a day calling straight from the site asking about plow jobs — booked demand without chasing it.
Food service · Custom menu dashboard + Stripe ordering
Clay's custom-meal business needed more than a storefront — it needed a system to run a new menu every week. Kristian built the website plus a custom admin dashboard: Clay drags and drops each week's menu, and it auto-generates a customer order form for picking meals and portions. Customers enter their contact details, get redirected to Stripe to pay, and every week's orders roll up into one spreadsheet Clay cooks from. A mismatched brand became a self-running ordering engine — "orders have been compounding ever since."
